Prices displayed on this website represent booking deposits only and are applied toward the total cost of services.

Final pricing is determined after consultation and review of event details including guest count, event duration, location, customization, and selected add-ons. Once details are confirmed, an official invoice will be created and sent to the client.

Events booked three (3) months or more in advance may be eligible for a payment plan, subject to approval and adherence to scheduled payments.

Envisioned Events & Catering LLC provides children’s activity zones for entertainment purposes only. While safety precautions are implemented, participation involves inherent risks. Envisioned Events & Catering LLC, its owners, staff, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from participation in children’s activity areas, except where prohibited by law.

Client acknowledges that certain activities may be paused or canceled due to weather, venue conditions, or safety concerns. No refunds will be issued for activities paused or stopped for safety reasons. 

Deposit Requirement

Deposit required to secure your date.

Balance Due

Remaining balance due 30 days before the event.

Cancellation

Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will not receive refunds.However, the event date may be rescheduled once (subject to availability).

Guest Count

Final guest count is due 14 days prior and cannot be reduced.

Alcohol

We provide alcohol only as a service, not for sale.
All servings are for guests age 21+.

Décor Access

Client must ensure venue access 4–6 hours prior for setup.

Share the Vision, Earn Rewards

When someone refers a paying customer to Envisoned Events & Catering, the referring person receives a reward after the new client completes their event and final payment.

All referrals must be new customers (never booked with EEC before).
