IMPORTANT ORDER INFORMATION

Because memorial programs are custom-designed products, clients must provide all photos, names, dates, service information, obituary text, and other requested content before the design process begins.

Two complimentary digital proof will be provided for approval before printing. Additional revision rounds are $15 per additional round.

Please carefully review all names, dates, times, locations, and wording before approving your final proof. Envisioned Events & Catering is not responsible for errors approved by the client.

Printing will not begin until the final proof has been approved.

Turnaround

Standard design turnaround: 2–3 business days

Rush services are available for an additional fee and are subject to availability.

Payment

A $125.00 (design fee) deposit payment is required before design work begins and you will be invoiced for the remaining balance. Due to the personalized nature of custom memorial products, design fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
